We began with a single truck and a few units, and we still operate that way. When you call, you reach me or someone I'd trust at my own home. We're a family operation, so if something isn't right, that falls on us, and we correct it before the day is over.
I track every job on one board in the office, and every driver reviews it before the trucks leave. When we commit to Tuesday morning, that means Tuesday morning. If anything changes, I reach out to you before you have to reach out to us.
